  • You work in the accounting service of your council. You have applied for your annual leave to cover the month of July 2022. The Mayor feels that you cannot take such leave at the said time because the council accounts have to be closed that same month and forwarded to hierarchy. He, therefore, replies to you that you should choose any other month after July.
    • Write the Mayor’s reply deferring the leave period.
